Details about the Tattoo Artist Position:
• The Studio provides everything aside from Tattoo Needles and Inks, although we will supply Tattoo Needles if you use the company we purchase them through
• Full Time, Flexible Schedule
• Looking for someone preferably on the East Coast
• No Apprentices at this time
• We may be able to offer some relocation assistance, please inquire when you apply
Pay Details:
Cold River Body Arts offers a 70/30 split between tattoo artist and the studio.
Details about our Studio:
• We pay First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Fees, Blood Bourne Pathogen Training Fees, and Albany County Licensing Fees, or we will offer Reimbursement for them
• We have a Studio Administrator that assists with Front of House tasks and a remote Business Administrator for additional virtual support

Professional Piercer
Cold River Body Arts in Albany, New York is looking to add another Professional Piercer!
Details about the Professional Piercer Position:
• $20 an Hour Take-Home Pay (You make $20/Hour AFTER taxes!)
• You keep 100% of your Tips
• Full Time, Schedule is 5 days a week 12pm-7pm (some flexibility here)
• We pay APP Membership Fees, First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Fees, Blood Bourne Pathogen Training Fees, or we will offer Reimbursement for them
• Relocation Assistance Available (if applicable)
• There is room for Growth and benefits down the line!
Details about Our Studio:
• We are primarily Appointment Only, with the majority of booking done online, but do take Walk-Ins when available
• We carry Internally Threaded and Threadless Jewelry (so you must be comfortable working with those styles)
• We have a Studio Administrator that assists with Front of House tasks and Tool Processing, and a remote Business Administrator for additional virtual support
• We cover 100% of all supplies including PPE
• A few Jewelry companies we carry include BVLA, Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, Anatometal, Dusk Body Jewelry, Pupil Hall, Mettle and Silver, Buddha Jewelry Organics, Tether, Glasswear Studios, Diablo Organics and more!
APP membership is not required to apply but will be required as part of the position and we will assist with the membership application process.
